Ohio Business Gateway More and more small business owners are taking advantage of the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG), which allows them to report and pay multiple state taxes electronically, with one online application. It was designed to simplify businesses' relationships with government agencies. OBG offers employers more than 28 services and selected transactions from six state agencies and more than 500 municipalities.

Ohio Means Jobs Ohio Means Jobs is the state's new Web-based job-matching system. Through a partnership with Indeed.com and Monster.com, Ohio Means Jobs gives employers access to about 4.5 million resumes, and job seekers access to just under 100,000 job openings for positions ranging from file clerks to CEOs. At www.ohiomeansjobs.com, employers can look for Ohio-based talent, post job opportunities, and integrate employment events at a single, cost-free point of contact. Job seekers can post their resumes and search for job opportunities, not only from Ohio employers, but also from national commercial job boards and niche industries.

One-Stop System ODJFS is the state's primary provider of workforce services to individual Ohioans. As administrator of several federal workforce programs, ODJFS oversees a network of 32 full-service "One-Stop Centers" in 20 local workforce areas serving every community in Ohio. The One-Stops provide free job training and other employment services to Ohioans looking for work. They help laid-off workers learn new skills and find new jobs and match job seekers with businesses looking to hire workers.
